Job Title: Digital Marketing Account Manager

Position Overview:

Absolute Digital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of strategies to meet client objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries, driving impactful results and contributing to the growth of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for all digital marketing needs.

  • Understand client goals and objectives, and develop customized digital marketing strategies to achieve them.

  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to Google SEO, SEM, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance and drive results.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including creative, content, and analytics to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliverables.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client strategies and offerings.

  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients, showcasing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing client accounts and campaigns.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts and driving results through digital marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google SEO, SEM, Facebook Ads, and other relevant tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients and internal teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to adapt to evolving client needs and industry trends.

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar environment is preferred.

  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.

 

Salary Range: SGD4,500 to SGD6,000

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and leading a team of account managers to deliver outstanding results for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within our agency and make a significant impact on client success and agency growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their goals and objectives.

  • Lead strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google SEO, SEM, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.

  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to a team of account managers, supporting their professional development and ensuring the successful execution of client strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, content, and analytics to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs and drive measurable results.

  • Develop comprehensive account plans and proposals, outlining strategic recommendations, goals, and KPIs to achieve client objectives.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

  • Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client strategies and offerings.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, anticipating their needs, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing client accounts and leading strategic initiatives.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-value client accounts and driving results through digital marketing strategies.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google SEO, SEM, Facebook Ads, and other relevant tools.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients and internal teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and drive business growth for clients.

  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar environment is preferred.

  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.

 

Salary Range: SGD5,500 to SGD7,000
